Terms & Conditions

  • Late bookings (bookings made after 1st August 2019) will incur a 10% surcharge in all quoted rates.
  • Additional night’s accommodation are available to arrive prior or post Championships:
  • Breaffy House Hotel & Breaffy Woods Hotel €110 per person per night
  • Payments can be taken from all major credit cards or bank transfer can be arranged.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

Three Airports for airport transfers are:

NOC Ireland West Airport, Knock  – 45 km to Breaffy House Resort

SNN Shannon Airport – 160 km to Breaffy House Resort

DUB Dublin Airport – 265 km to Breaffy House Resort

The costs are €40 per person return based on groups per bus. Costs are included in the accommodation prices. Individuals can book the transport as well and will be added to a group. If group transport is not possible individual transport can be arranged, the extra costs will be charged to the individual.

through the official European Outdoor Championships accommodation provider (Breaffy House).

2019 Outdoor European & World Championship Program, 4 – 8 September

Arrival days:  Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th of September.

Dinners in the Ballroom: Tuesday until Sunday from 18:00-20:30

Breakfasts in the Ballroom: Wednesday from 07:00-11:00, Thursday until Monday from 07:00-09:30

Briefing in the Ballroom: Wednesday 4th of September 21:00 (there will only be ONE BRIEFING)

Opening ceremony: Friday 6th of September 20:00 on the competition field

Departure day: Monday 9th of September

Weigh -ins: Wednesday 4th September at Breaffy Woods sportshall        07:30 – 12:00 Morning session, 16:00 – 18:00 Afternoon session

Day 1 and 3 / Thursday/ Saturday:

Morning session:                                                                                                    07:30 – 08:30: Stamping

09:30:  Start competition. Which weight class starts depends on the entries. 680 Senior Men, 580 Senior Mix, 560 Junior Men, 480 Junior Women

Afternoon session:                                                                                                11:30 – 12:30: Stamping

13:00 Medal Ceremony (right after morning competition has ended)

13:30: Start competition. Which weight class starts depends on the entries. 560 Senior Men, 520 Senior Women, 560 Under23 Mix

17:30: Medal Ceremony (right after afternoon competition has ended)

Day 2 and 4 / Friday/ Sunday

Morning session:                                                                                                    07:30 – 08:30: Stamping

09:30: Start competition. Which weight class starts depends on the entries. 720 Senior Men, 600 Under23 Men, 500 Under23 Women

Afternoon session:                                                                                                11:30 – 12:30: Stamping

13:00: Medal Ceremony (right after morning competition has ended)

13:30: Start competition. Which weight class starts depends on the entries. 640 Senior Men, 560 Senior Women, 520 Junior Mix

17:30 Medal Ceremony (right after afternoon competition has ended)

ACCREDITATION AND TEAM ENTRIES

People not booking through the official European Outdoor Championships accommodation provider will be required to pay €125 euro per person for accreditation.  No airport transport will be provided.

The link to accredit can be found  on the TWIF website, as the link to club team entries. TWIF has send forms to enter national teams to the TWIF representatives.

You cannot use a previous accreditation. So keep your passport or ID at hand. Use a photo like on a passport. Do your accreditation in time. Accreditations which have to be made or changed at the championships office will cost an additional € 30.00.
