Set-up of outdoor sub-committee

At the most recent National Executive meeting, it was agreed that an Outdoor Sub-committee would be set up in line with the Indoor Sub-committee that has been running for 2 years now. As a result, the 1st meeting of the Outdoor Sub-Committee will take place on Sunday 6th November at the Tullamore Court Hotel. The Agenda for this meeting is as follows:
  • Dates & Venues of the 2017 National Outdoor Fixtures
  • All chosen venues must be willing to pay the €1,500 fee for hosting
  • Format of the Outdoor National 8-a-side and 5 or 6-a-side competitions
  • Weight Advantage for National Championships
  • Selection of Outdoor National Teams
  • Selection of Teams for the 2017 Outdoor British & Irish Championships
  • Any other Business
Every outdoor club is entitled to send 1 representative only. It is very important that All Outdoor clubs, from every division, send a representative. Decisions made on the day will directly affect the 2017 Outdoor Season. Every club has an equal vote at the meeting and will be able to put forward ideas. The proposals from the meeting will go forward the the Nationa Executive Committee for approval. The Sub-committee will be chaired by Gerry Ferguson.
